Your membership will be ready to go immediately once you sign-up, but make sure to collect your card at reception
at your first visit. You can also visit Stardome reception and fill in the form, or give us a call to do this over the phone.

Terms and Conditions

• Pass is valid for one year from date of issue.
• Bookings are essential when visiting Stardome.
• Only those named on the pass are able to redeem their pass benefits. Proof of identity may be required.
• Passes will be issued in the name of one main pass holder.
• Pass-holding children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying (or pass-holding) adult.
• Not valid for school trips.
• Usual Stardome entry terms and conditions apply. This includes Covid entry requirements (if applicable).
• Other than unlimited admission, Starlight Explorer pass benefits are subject to review and adjustment by
  Stardome.
• Membership benefits are only applicable upon presentation of current membership card.
• Replacement cards will incur a $5 charge.
• One card will be issued per membership.
